  Zuzana Petrová, PhD. is Associate Professor of education at the Trnava University. Main areas of her expertise are the Vygotskian perspective in education and the early literacy development. She is currently involved in COST Action IS1401 Strengthening Europeans’ capabilities by establishing the European literacy network and COST Action IS1404 Evolution of reading in the age of digitisation (E‑READ) where she focuses on the impact of ICT on early literacy development.
